Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry with expertise in DSA management, housing finance, mortgage loans sales, relationship management, team handling, and retail lending.
• Strong understanding of home loan processes including documentation requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
