Job summary

Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is seeking a sales leader to drive monthly and annual targets for Home Loan and LAP products from Panipat, Haryana. You will manage a team of sales executives, generate business via various channels, and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from sourcing to disbursement.

The ideal candidate has up to 5 years in sales management within NBFC housing finance, with strong product knowledge and excellent communication to build relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in sales management or similar role in housing finance/NBFC sector.
• Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving targets through leadership and strategy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
