Job summary

Quicksort Solutions Noida is seeking a sales professional for LAP/mortgage segments. You will generate targets, build and manage a robust DSA network, and drive high-ticket loan proposals from Prime segments.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth login, sanction, and disbursement processes while maintaining key partner relationships. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in LAP/mortgage sales, strong DSA sourcing skills, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Exposure to DSA sourcing and building partner networks.
• Candidate should have local market experience and a strong DSA network.

Role & responsibilities:

• Generate and achieve business targets for LAP.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, property consultants, and other channel partners.
• Drive DSA sourcing and expand the DSA network across the market.
• Source high-ticket loan proposals from the Prime segment.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer interaction to login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on leads, logins, sanctions, and disbursements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

• more than 1 years of relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage / Home Loans.
• Strong exposure to DSA sourcing.
• Local market experience and a strong DSA network are mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Should have experience handling high-ticket loan cases.
• Good communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and networking skills.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
• Candidates currently working with Housing Finance Companies, NBFCs, Banks, or Mortgage/LAP-focused organizations will be preferred.
