Job summary

Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is seeking a sales leader in Chennai to drive growth of Home Loan/LAP products. The role involves leading a team of sales executives, building channel partnerships, and executing field-based demand generation strategies.

You will manage end-to-end sales from sourcing to disbursement, monitor performance, and work with DSAs, connectors, and open market channels to meet monthly and annual targets. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales management or similar role in NBFC industry.
• Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
