Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru (Marathahalli) is seeking a dynamic Team Lead IT Recruiter to lead a recruiting team and contribute individually. Focus on niche and product-based hiring with strong C2H hiring experience. Onsite full-time role with stakeholder collaboration.

You will source and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other channels, ensure timely closures and high-quality hires, and drive end-to-end recruitment for critical tech roles.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Hands-on in niche and product-based hiring, with C2H hiring experience.
• Proficient in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead IT Recruiter with proven expertise in handling teams as well as contributing individually. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in niche and product-based hiring, with a solid track record of working on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters while also working as an individual contributor.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for niche and product-based roles.
• Manage C2H/Contract-to-Hire hiring across multiple skill sets.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels .

Requirements:
