Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is hiring for a senior IT recruitment lead to drive end-to-end C2H hiring across niche tech skills. You will mentor a small recruiter team, collaborate with product-based clients, and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles onsite in Marathahalli.

The role requires strong technical assessment abilities, excellent communication, and a track record of leading recruiting efforts for product-focused organizations. This is a full-time onsite position with 5-days workweek.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentoring capacity.
• Solid experience in C2H hiring and niche technology recruitment.
• Strong technical acumen to assess candidate skills beyond resume keywords.
• Experience working with product-based organizations is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Comfortable working onsite (Marathahalli), 5 days a week.
