Job summary

Petpooja in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Leader to coach and drive a high-performing team of upselling executives. You will set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor performance across calls, demos, follow-ups, and conversions.

You will lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives for Petpooja products and add-ons, ensure strong CRM hygiene, and provide regular coaching to improve revenue and close rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Upselling, Cross-selling, or related sales roles.
• Prior experience in team handling or sales team leadership.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of sales targets, CRM, lead management, objection handling, and closures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales / Upselling executives.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of Petpooja products and add-ons to existing merchants.
• Monitor team performance, including calls, demos, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct call audits and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.
• Support the team in handling objections, complex customer conversations, and closing opportunities.
• Ensure proper lead management, follow-ups, and accurate CRM updates.
• Monitor sales pipeline and identify gaps to improve conversion and revenue.
• Ensure the team has strong knowledge of products, pricing, features, and sales processes.
• Share merchant feedback and sales insights with relevant teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions when required.
