Job summary

Mysore, India-based TBM/Medical Representative role at M M Management Consultant requires promoting our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. You will travel within the territory to meet sales targets while upholding ethical standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in pharmacy or life sciences and 2–8 years of field sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid two-wheeler and license are required for extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–8 years as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own two-wheeler/vehicle for extensive field travel within the territory.
• Management degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular detailing visits to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital teams to promote the company's product portfolio.
• Deliver clear, evidence-based presentations on product composition, indications, dosages, side effects, and clinical benefits.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales targets and prescription milestones.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate closely with local stockists and retail pharmacies to ensure smooth distribution and product availability.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing updates, providing timely feedback to the management team.
• Organize and support medical seminars, trade exhibitions, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs, tour plans, and customer records using CRM software and submit reports as required.
