You will visit doctors and clinics, promote products through scientific communication, and drive prescriptions to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role requires travel within the territory and a proactive, target-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Science or Pharmacy required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills essential.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and chemists as per daily tour plan.
• Promote pharmaceutical products through effective detailing and scientific communication.
• Generate prescriptions and drive product sales within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
• Conduct product presentations and communicate product features, benefits and usage.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with chemists and stockists to ensure product availability in the market.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
• Maintain daily call reports, tour plans, and expense statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain discipline in field activities.
