Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency in Ahmedabad is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Leader to guide a team, drive IT hiring, and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes. You will mentor recruiters, align sourcing with industry needs, and build strong client relationships.

This full-time role requires residency in Ahmedabad, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in the office each week. Prior leadership experience and a degree in HR/BA/Psychology are essential.

Work Location: Ahmedabad office at least 3 times per week (remaining working days are WFH). Strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS) required.
