Ethos HR in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn and portals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain databases, and build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced setup. Office timing 10:00 am to 7:00 PM (5.5 days).

Formación

• Fresher to 2 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
