The role involves leading a team of recruiters, building effective hiring strategies, and ensuring timely closure of IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on IT hiring experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Guide the team on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and support team development.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality IT talent.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Ensure hiring aligns with company goals, culture, and diversity initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges, and market insights.
• Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, job portals, and external partners

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring policies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Employer Branding & Market Insights

• Support employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR and marketing teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
