Ascentiq Staffing Business Solutions in Noida is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead for IT staffing to guide a 4–8 recruiter team and drive delivery for Indian domestic clients.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for contractual, permanent, and RPO roles, nurture client relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality hires while coaching your team.

Talent Acquisition Team Lead IT Staffing

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead with a strong background in the Indian domestic IT staffing industry. The candidate should have experience managing and motivating a team of 4-8 recruiters while actively contributing to recruitment delivery, client management, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4-8 recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and delivery timelines.
• * Handle end-to-end recruitment for contractual, permanent, and RPO requirements within the Indian domestic IT staffing market.
• * Manage client relationships, understand hiring requirements, and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
• * Contribute individually to sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, and closure of critical positions.
• * Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure productivity and quality of hiring.
• * Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve recruitment challenges and maintain service quality.
• * Track recruitment metrics, team targets, and submission-to-selection ratios.
• * Support recruiters with difficult positions, candidate negotiations, offer closures, and joining follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

• * Proven experience in the Indian domestic IT staffing industry.
• * Prior experience leading a team of approximately 4-8 recruiters.
• * Strong knowledge of contractual staffing, permanent hiring, and RPO models.
• * Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment along with team management.
• * Experience in client handling and managing recruitment delivery for client requirements.
• * Strong communication, leadership, team motivation, and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver against targets.

Preferred Candidate

A hands-on recruitment professional who combines team leadership, individual recruitment contribution, and client management experience within domestic IT staffing.
