Job summary

Mantras2success Consultants in Ahmedabad seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and networking, screen resumes, and schedule rounds while maintaining dashboards and ensuring timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (preferred)

Responsibilities
