Keka Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, understand manpower requirements, source candidates, and drive efficient hiring strategies to support business growth.

The role requires 2–5 years in TA, strong sourcing and Boolean search, and excellent stakeholder management to manage multiple openings with speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for startups or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
• Partner with business and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports (hiring status, TAT, pipeline tracking)
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if required)
