• Deep expertise in social media headhunting, direct passive sourcing, and non-traditional channels.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / TA Lead

Role Overview: -

To accelerate our expansion, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / TA Lead to be based out of our Bangalore headquarters. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role combining individual contribution with team leadership. You will partner directly with Business Heads to plan, source, and build robust talent pipelines for immediate and strategic future requirements, with a strong focus on executive hiring and leveraging modern AI-driven recruitment tools. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Recruitment Leadership & SME: Lead from the front as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing and mentoring a team of recruiters while directly driving critical executive and leadership hires.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with Business Heads across divisions to proactively plan quarterly hiring budgets, draft/refine sharp Job Descriptions, and map market talent.
• Modern Sourcing & AI Integration: Leverage advanced social media sourcing, direct headhunting, professional networks, and databases. Actively evaluate and implement AI-based hiring tools over traditional ATS bottlenecks to speed up time-to-hire.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Spearhead employer branding initiatives across social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.). Build a talent community, nurture rapport with potential candidates, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that elevates offer-to-onboarding conversion rates.
• Post-Offer Follow-Up (POFU) & Pipeline Management: Personally own the POFU process to eliminate drop-outs between offer acceptance and day one.
• Metrics & Analytics: Maintain rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly funnel analytics, candidate databases, and bottleneck assessments to optimize recruitment velocity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in core Talent Acquisition, with proven experience sourcing and closing mid-to-senior executive/management roles.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure or quick adaptiveness to the IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise Hardware/Software or Managed Services domain is a strong advantage.
• Sourcing Expertise: Deep expertise in social media headhunting, direct passive sourcing, and leveraging non-traditional candidate channels.
• Operational Mindset: Highly organized, metrics-driven, and proactive with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
