Job summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including Internal Job Postings (IJP), Campus Hiring, and Lateral Hiring.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Effectively utilize key sourcing channels and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent.
• Leverage social media platforms, employee referrals, and other creative methods to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• Experience with campus hiring and internship process
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across regions, both internal and external.
• Demonstrate proficiency in recruitment ATS systems (preferably Workday).

QUALIFICATION

• Any Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus).
