Job summary

IndiaMART Noida is seeking driven HR professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team and own end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, from screening to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers and build a strong candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate has an MBA in HR (class of 2026) or 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or related field with 2026 pass-out preferred.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience considered.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Manage offer roll-outs and salary discussions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports.
• Build a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
