Job summary

Wyzmindz Solutions is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive in Noida to manage end-to-end hiring across functions. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closures.

The role requires a HR degree, 1–2 years of recruitment experience (BPO hiring), familiarity with onboarding and offboarding, and strong communication skills in English and Hindi. HRMS proficiency is a plus.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented recruitment Candidate to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across diverse functions, ensuring timely closures and a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex), referrals, and social media.
• Screening profiles to assess suitability based on role requirements.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring smooth scheduling.
• Managing candidate communication including JD sharing, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in HR, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience (BPO Hiring).
• Knowledge of onboarding & offboarding processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools and recruitment databases.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
