The role emphasizes sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels, with expertise in Boolean/X-Ray search, headhunting, and candidate engagement to build strong pipelines for sales hiring.

Qualifications

• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
• Strong communication and sales hiring aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques to identify candidates and build pipelines.
• Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, ATS applications, and other sourcing channels by evaluating JD fitment, experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, shift suitability, and candidate interest.
• Upload qualified candidates into the ATS and maintain sourcing trackers.

The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation or BPO Sales roles with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Database Search, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Headhunting, and Candidate Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, ATS applications, and other sourcing channels by evaluating JD fitment, experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, shift suitability, and candidate interest.
• Upload qualified candidates into the ATS and maintain sourcing trackers.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. MBA (HR) preferred.

A sourcing specialist with strong experience in Direct sourcing, candidate screening, and online sales hiring, capable of assessing role fitment and identifying quality talent.
