Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in non IT hiring.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience sourcing non-technical roles including Sales, Field Sales, and Customer Support.
• Ability to plan interviews and coordinate interviews.
• Proven ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing top technology talent, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
