Job summary

Acura Solutions in India is seeking a skilled Recruiter to handle IT and non-IT hiring across functions. You will translate technical needs into sourcing criteria, screen candidates, and drive end-to-end recruitment.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, finance, marketing, and HR leaders to fill roles, conduct structured interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain recruitment data in the ATS. This role requires 3–7 years of full-cycle experience and strong stakeholder management.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities1. IT & Technical Recruitment

• Partner with engineering, product, and IT leadership to translate technical requirements into targeted sourcing criteria (e.g., specific tech stacks, frameworks, cloud architecture, and coding languages).
• Source technical talent through specialized channels such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and coding forums.
• Coordinate technical screens, live coding assessments, and system design interviews.

2. Non-IT & Corporate/Operational Recruitment

• Collaborate with business heads across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and HR to understand non-technical staffing needs.
• Focus on functional competencies, behavioral alignment, cultural fit, and past performance outcomes using portals like Keka, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
• Manage high-volume or specialized plant, corporate, and regional hiring as required. [1, 2, 3]

3. End-to-End Recruitment & Strategy

• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Conduct structured initial interviews and assess candidates for skills, motivation, and values.
• Manage offer rollouts, compensation benchmarking, and salary negotiations in alignment with internal C&B (Compensation & Benefits) guidelines.
• Maintain clean and accurate recruitment data, MIS reports, and pipeline tracking inside an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track core TA metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer-to-Join Ratio.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment handling both IT and Non-IT portfolios.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, negotiation skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
