Job summary

Alldigi Tech is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on sales hiring in Bengaluru. You will own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other portals, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.

In this fast-paced B2B/SAAS environment, you will build a strong sales talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers, and maintain recruitment trackers to provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to sales hiring.
• Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, HRMS, or tech sales hiring preferred.
