Qualifications

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1-2 years

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles, with a strong focus on sales and field positions. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role suited to someone who’s comfortable sourcing at speed and managing a large candidate pipeline without losing quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, field, and other non-IT roles (screening to offer)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and field-hiring channels such as local networks and walk-ins
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess fit for role, culture, and compensation expectations
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate status through the pipeline
• Maintain and update the ATS/tracker with accurate, current candidate data
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups through to joining
• Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline for recurring/high-churn roles.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to non-IT hiring (sales, field, operations, or similar)
• Prior experience recruiting for sales or field roles strongly preferred
• Comfortable with high-volume, fast-turnaround hiring
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline; able to manage a large candidate pipeline independently
• Working knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
• Local Pune candidate only

Must Have Skills

• Experience hiring for real estate, BFSI, or similar field-sales-heavy industries
• Familiarity with incentive-linked sales roles and how to pitch them to candidates

Compensation: Upto 3.5-4 LPA
