Job summary

BUSINESS INTEGRA SOFTWARE SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Noida with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for sales roles, to join our HR team.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, conduct initial interviews, negotiate offers, and build a strong talent pipeline using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and MS Office in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Mandatory experience in hiring for sales roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring, with a primary focus on sales recruitment.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary offers and manage candidate engagement until onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality of hire and adherence to timelines.
