Job summary

Ins-lab is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to drive frontline sales hiring across Insurance, NBFC and lending verticals in Bangalore. You will source, screen, follow up and close sales positions in a fast-paced, high-attrition environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, coordinating interviews with business teams, negotiating within salary structures and tracking offer-to-joining conversions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of frontline sales recruitment experience.
• Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Insurance / Lending sales hiring preferred.
• Comfortable with bulk and fast hiring.
• Strong phone screening and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven and execution-oriented mindset under high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Hire Sales Executives, Field Sales Officers, Business Development Executives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and local networks
• Conduct 50–70 screening calls per day
• Coordinate interviews with business teams and negotiate within salary structure
• Track offer-to-joining conversion and weekly hiring updates
• HR generalist onboarding and basic engagement activities at branch level

Talent Acquisition Executive Sales Hiring

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to drive frontline sales hiring across Insurance, Two-Wheeler Finance, Used Car Finance and Lending verticals. This is a high-energy, execution-focused role suited for someone who can actively source, screen, follow up and close sales positions in a fast-paced, high-attrition environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Hiring (Primary Focus):

• Hire Sales Executives, Field Sales Officers, Business Development Executives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining

Sourcing & Screening:

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and local networks
• Conduct 5070 screening calls per day
• Assess sales experience, communication skills, job stability and field readiness
• Align candidate expectations on salary, incentives and targets

Interview & Offer Management:

• Coordinate interviews with business teams
• Ensure quick feedback and faster closures
• Negotiate within approved salary structure
• Issue offer letters and collect pre-joining documents
• Track offer-to-joining conversion

Attrition & Hiring Metrics:

• Monitor 30/90-day attrition
• Maintain recruitment trackers (calls, interviews, offers, joining)
• Share weekly hiring updates

HR Generalist Support (Secondary Responsibility)

• Support employee and channel partner onboarding and joining formalities
• Coordinate basic employee engagement activities at branch level (festivals, recognition, small team connects)
• Assist in employee documentation, probation tracking and basic exit formalities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of frontline sales recruitment experience
• Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Insurance / Lending sales hiring preferred
• Comfortable with bulk and fast hiring
• Strong phone screening and follow-up skills
• Target-driven and execution-oriented mindset able to work under pressure in high-volume sales hiring
