Apollo Supply Chain is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for assigned functions and locations. The role emphasizes identifying and engaging suitable candidates through multiple channels to ensure timely closures.

You will screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, and maintain robust candidate pipelines while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders on hiring priorities and drives.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
• Support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate trackers.
• Ensure effective candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Support recruitment drives, bulk hiring, and location-specific hiring.
