Job summary

Mouser is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and drive offers and onboarding while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

You will manage multiple requisitions, build pipelines for volume and niche roles, provide market insights, and ensure timely updates and dashboards. A degree in HR or related field is required with 5+ years in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• HR certifications are an added advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in volume hiring, lateral hiring, or niche skill recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with hiring targets and SLAs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain employer brand standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks.
• Participate in hiring review meetings and workforce planning discussions.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards as required.
