Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and consultants, and screen resumes with HR interviews.

You will coordinate interview processes, manage offers and onboarding, and build pipelines for critical roles.

• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
