Job summary

Quick Digital Technologies in Gurugram is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. You will source candidates from Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn, screen for fit, and coordinate onboarding.

• Bachelor's or Master's in MBA (HR) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good MS Office and time-management skills.
• Languages: Hindi and English; Tamil an added advantage.

• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including job portals such as Naukri, Apna,WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Cultivate and nurture a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
• Provide regular updates to the Leadership team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
• Arrange Walk-in Drives and Bulk Hiring interviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or pursuing graduation) in MBA - Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Languages Hindi, English (Tamil is an added advantage)
