Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bulk recruitment cycles for BFSI clients, managing 500 hires per quarter across roles like Relationship Executives, Customer Service, Field Agents, and Operations Staff.
• Design and execute campus drive, walk-in, and virtual hiring campaigns tailored to BFSI hiring volumes and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection benchmarks aligned with client SLAs.
• Manage vendor partnerships (agencies, colleges, job portals) to ensure pipeline health and cost-per-hire targets are met.
• Implement ATS-driven workflows to track candidate journeys, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure audit-ready documentation for compliance.
• Train and mentor junior recruiters on sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation best practices within BFSI hiring frameworks.
