• Mass Sourcing from Job Portals (Apna, Jobhai, WorkIndia), social media and internal database to source bulk entry-level talent.
• Cold calling and screening to pitch banking careers and qualify candidates based on basic criteria.
• Plan and conduct recruitment drives, walks-ins, campus recruitment and regional hiring events to meet volume targets.
• Coordinate end-to-end pipeline: initial contact, interview scheduling with banks, onboarding documents and DOJ.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly joining targets to support growth.
• Maintain real-time tracker reports in MS Excel, updating candidate statuses accurately.

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented BFSI Bulk Recruiter to manage volume hiring for entry-level banking roles (e.g., Business Development Executives, Relationship Officers, Phone Banking Officers, and Customer Support Executives). Your main goal is to run massive sourcing campaigns, screen candidates efficiently, and meet aggressive monthly joining targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mass Sourcing: Utilize Job Portals (Apna, Jobhai, WorkIndia), Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook groups), and our internal "Call For Jobs" database to source bulk entry-level talent.
• Cold Calling & Screening: Conduct heavy outbound calling daily to pitch banking careers, qualify candidates based on basic communication/eligibility criteria, and line them up for interviews.
• Drive Recruitment Drives: Organize, coordinate, and execute walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and regional hiring events to meet volume requirements.
• Client & Candidate Coordination: Manage the end-to-end pipeline from initial contact, interview scheduling with banking clients, collection of onboarding documents, to the final date of joining (DOJ).
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual weekly and monthly joining targets to support the companys business growth.
• Data Management: Maintain real-time Tracker reports in MS Excel, updating candidate statuses accurately.
