Job summary

BSI Financial Services is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to drive high-volume hiring across technical and non-technical roles in India. You will build pipelines, proactively source passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead sourcing strategies, conduct recruiter screens, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting both technical and non-technical hiring.
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume recruiting workload.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates—not just working inbound applicants.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.
• Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); UKG experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability, and recruiting recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality, speed, and a high level of customer service.
