Job summary

Abbott is looking for a talent acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers and design effective recruitment strategies across roles and functions. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and building a robust talent pipeline through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has 2 to 10 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on ATS experience to ensure a smooth candidate journey and regulatory

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment process management including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• 2 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
