Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to joining.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct Boolean searches and talent mapping to identify candidates.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial discussions to assess fit.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, scheduling and feedback.
• Drive offer discussions and negotiations with relevant teams.
• Track candidates in ATS and maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR partners to close positions within target timelines.
• Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline visibility and analytics.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct Boolean searches and targeted talent mapping to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial discussions to assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and ensure timely communication.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiations, and offer rollouts in coordination with relevant teams.
• Track candidates through the ATS and ensure recruitment documentation and data are updated accurately.
• Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure positions are closed within agreed TATs.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline, challenges, and closures.
• Support recruitment analytics and reporting, including hiring funnel, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.

Work Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in Data Analytics & AI/GenAI, Data Engineers will be preferred.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing critical/niche positions will be an advantage.
