Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of talent availability within automotive and manufacturing industries.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define candidate profiles.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing for roles across Quality, Manufacturing, R&D Embedded, Battery, IT, Telematics, and related domains.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through market mapping and networking.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers using ATS and recruitment tools.

Role & responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of talent availability within the automotive and manufacturing industries to meet the organizations hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand manpower requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles for various positions.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing for roles across Quality, Manufacturing, R&D Embedded, Battery, IT, Telematics, and other related technical domains.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, vendor partners, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through market mapping, networking, industry connections, and other internal and external resources.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate their technical skills, qualifications, experience, and suitability for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and documentation using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to improve sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment processes, and implement best practices to enhance hiring effectiveness.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, talent availability, and recruitment trends to strengthen sourcing strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and promoting the organizations culture, values, and career opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Full-time MBA with 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or Recruitment, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of the automotive and manufacturing sectors, particularly in Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D domains.

Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for technical and specialized roles, including Embedded Systems, Battery, IT, Telematics, and Manufacturing.

Proven ability to identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, vendor partners, and direct sourcing.

Experience in talent mapping, market intelligence, pipeline development, and proactive sourcing for niche and critical positions.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates and develop long-term talent pipelines.

Experience in stakeholder management and working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring requirements.

Good understanding of recruitment metrics, ATS tools, candidate tracking, and sourcing effectiveness.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Candidates with strong exposure to automotive OEMs, automotive suppliers, manufacturing companies, or R&D hiring will be preferred.
