Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 7–10 years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment across IT, Manufacturing, Energy and Automobile industries. The role involves driving strategic hiring initiatives, managing recruitment operations, and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage and retain top talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and build robust talent pipelines.
- Recruitment Operations: Manage full‑cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding) and implement and optimize ATS platforms and recruitment tools for efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria, provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends.
- Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice and represent the company at job fairs, campus drives and industry networking events.
- Compliance & DEI: Ensure adherence to labor laws, compliance standards and organizational policies, champion diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and recruitment budgets to maximize ROI.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices across IT, Manufacturing, Energy and Automobile industries.
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent mapping and market intelligence.
- Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo) and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high‑volume hiring and niche skill recruitment.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and DEI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful hiring in IT and industrial sectors.
