Responsibilities

• Track recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offers, joins.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and business teams.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of technical and non-technical hiring, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.

Candidates with a B.E./B.Tech. degree along with an MBA/PGDM are mandatory requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Handle recruitment for manufacturing-related functions, including production, quality, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, and corporate roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and smooth interview scheduling.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. along with MBA/PGDM, preferably in Human Resources or a relevant specialization.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing industry recruitment experience is preferred.
• Recruitment Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Hiring Exposure: Experience in technical, engineering and non-technical recruitment.
• Location: Must be willing to work in Pune, Maharashtra.
