Endurance Technologies is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for key automotive functions. You will partner with hiring managers, translate workforce needs into sourcing plans, and build strong talent pipelines to support critical roles.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Automotive preferred.
• Experience as Talent Advisor/TA Partner or Recruitment Partner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Experience sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders.
• Experience handling mid-level to senior-level hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Provide market intelligence, talent trends, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback management, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure process compliance.
