Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist in Pune to lead end-to-end recruitment for embedded, software, and mechanical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source creatively, screen resumes, and coordinate technical interview rounds.

You will manage candidate experience from first contact to onboarding and maintain dashboards in Excel to report on hiring progress. Prioritization and stakeholder management are essential in this fast-paced, contract-based role.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for embedded, software, and mechanical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and social recruiting.
• Proficiency in Excel for dashboards and data analysis.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define roles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen resumes through job portals, professional networks, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards using Excel.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in hiring for embedded, software, and mechanical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using job boards, Boolean search techniques, and social recruiting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Exposure to ATS tools Oracle is preferred
• Familiarity with technical assessment platforms and campus hiring is a plus.
