You will source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean and X-ray searches, referrals and networking, conduct screening calls to assess experience, skills, CTC expectations, and location fit, and build accurate candidate profiles for

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for automotive and manufacturing clients: requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining follow-up.
• Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean and X-ray searches, referrals and networking.
• Conduct screening calls to check experience, skills, current and expected CTC, notice period and location fit.
• Prepare accurate candidate profiles and submit them to clients within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of automotive professionals across sales, service, purchase, quality, engineering and plant functions.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback between candidates and client HR teams.
• Negotiate offers, keep candidates engaged until joining and reduce drop-offs.
• Maintain daily trackers and reports on sourcing, submissions, interviews and closures.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and client HR teams.
