Job summary

Posimind Consulting LLP in Pune, India is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology, product, AI/data, and SaaS roles. You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen profiles, and build pipelines while coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth interview-to-offer process.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in TA, strong sourcing skills, and hands-on experience with ATS tools.

• Good candidate screening and interview skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening and assess profiles against job requirements.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Handle niche hiring across Technology, Product, AI/Data, SaaS, and business functions.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and support offer-to-join conversions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to move candidates efficiently through the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and provide pipeline updates.
• Support Talent Acquisition Lead with market mapping and hiring projects.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies when required.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination.


• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.


• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, direct sourcing, and other relevant channels.


• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess profiles against job requirements.


• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


• Handle niche and specialized hiring requirements, particularly across Technology, Product, AI/Data, SaaS, and business functions.


• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.


• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process and support offer-to-join conversion.


• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth movement of candidates through the recruitment process.


• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.


• Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on pipeline, interview status, offers, and joining status.


• Support the Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment reports, market mapping, talent research, and hiring-related projects.


• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners when required.


• Contribute to improving candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Key Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.


• Strong hands‑on experience in IT / Technology / SaaS recruitment.


• Experience hiring for Technology, Product, AI/Data, Sales, Customer Success, or other specialized roles.


• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.


• Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.


• Strong follow‑up and candidate relationship‑management skills.


• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills.


• Hands‑on experience with ATS / recruitment tools.


• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and processes.

Education & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.


• 6–8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.


• Prior experience in SaaS, IT, Technology, Product, AI, or other technology‑driven organizations preferred.


• Experience working with international stakeholders will be an advantage.
