Job summary

Torq Commodities is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager in Navi Mumbai to partner with hiring managers, define hiring strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment. You will build strong pipelines for current and future needs, recruit for global roles across Sales, Finance, IT, Operations and Corporate Support, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires MBA/PGDM in HR and 6-8 years of post-MBA TA experience, with hands-on experience in volume hiring, multiple

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute is required.
• 6-8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.
• Proven exposure to hiring across multiple functions including Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
