Job summary

Serendipity Corporate Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to handle multiple hiring needs, and exposure to engineering/design hiring. It offers growth into Business HR exposure and a focus on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate TA / recruitment experience.
• Good stakeholder and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Candidates with exposure to engineering/design & development organizations would be preferred.
• Candidates with potential to transition into Business HR may also be considered.
• Strong aptitude and learning agility are important.
