Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Mumbai to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and construction roles. The role focuses on bulk hiring, technical recruitment, and managing hires across multiple projects.

You will leverage portals like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, source candidates, and assess fit while coordinating with project stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 3-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, BIM, GIS, or Digital Construction recruitment.
• Experience handling bulk hiring and technical recruitment is highly desirable.
