Job summary

Vrinda Global in Mumbai is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end BFSI hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates via portals, social media, referrals and other channels.

You will screen, interview, and shortlist for multiple positions while coordinating interview schedules and maintaining data with regular reporting. Volume hiring experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in volume hiring for BFSI sector is essential.
• Ability to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates from multiple channels and managing the end-to-end process.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles including relationship managers, FLS sales, CASA, operations, and backend banking profiles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback management with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring guidelines and documentation processes.
• Must have experience into Volume hiring majorly.
