Job summary

Skillventory in Indore is seeking a recruitment professional to handle end-to-end BFSI/NBFC hiring across Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, screen and coordinate interviews, follow-up, offers and closures, and maintain trackers. The role demands strong BFSI knowledge, sourcing, and communication, with the ability to manage multiple targets.
