Skillventory in Indore is hiring a BFSI Talent Acquisition Specialist with 0-2 years of recruitment experience. The role focuses on identifying, engaging and closing strong BFSI talent for senior and specialist mandates.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms, and handling end-to-end recruitment for Banks, NBFCs and financial services firms. This is an on-site, growth-oriented role with incentives and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• BFSI-focused Recruiter with 0-2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience identifying, engaging and closing senior and specialist BFSI talent.
