Frankfinn is looking to strengthen its recruitment team in Gurugram, India. The role covers end-to-end hiring for Non-IT and Sales positions, sourcing through multiple channels, resume screening, and conducting initial HR interviews.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Sales positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Handle B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, and frontline sales hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
• Achieve assigned hiring targets and ensure quality and timely closures.
