Job summary

Direct Dialogue Initiatives in Hyderabad, India, is hiring for a frontline recruitment role focused on sourcing, screening, and filling fundraising positions. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, engaging with candidates across portals, social media, and referrals.

The role requires proactive outreach, CV screening, and coordinating interviews end-to-end. You will conduct initial HR screenings, reference checks, and track recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for front-line fundraising roles.
• Ability to screen resumes and CVs against role requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of cold calling.

Role Overview:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for frontline fundraising roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct cold calling and engage with potential candidates to generate interest.
• Screen CVs, walk-ins, and candidates from job portals based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps.
• Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
• Track and report recruitment data and sourcing effectiveness.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and improve recruitment strategies.

Required Skills:

• 6 months2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience.
• Experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Strong cold calling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate screening and convincing skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
